| What is it about midi files that makes them so appealing? They are all performed almost entirely on a keyboard, so they do not always sound like the actual tune. They are mechanical sounding as well, not like anything out of nature. Yet we go bonkers over them, and some even start a huge collection (ahem...ahem...)
