Independence Parties Launch Campaigns

The Independence parties decided to surprise absolutely no-one by making independence the main theme of their campaign for the election. The Scottish National Party took the lead by happily signing the pledge from the Campaign for Racial Equality saying that they wouldn't play the Race Card before happily beginning a campaign, the essence of which is "Aren't the English bad. We don't need them. Lets tell them to piss off and start our own country", which of course, isn't even slightly racist at all. Other than the fact it's discriminating on where someone comes from, but who cares about that?

The Welsh independence party Plaid Cymru said something or other, but as they just rambled on in Welsh they might as well have said "I love eating Bourbon biscuits. Hey Cat! Don't jump up there. Look, no strings" for all I know. And probably did for all I care.

With a potential terrorist campaign beginning in this country as a result of terrorist groups who are no way linked with political parties in Northern Ireland, definitely not. Oh no. Honestly. But because of that, I have to report that all the NI political parties simply spoke a lot of sense and said very good and very right things. Please don't kill me.
