This site is a tribute to one of the rudest, poorest, laziest and funniest icons of a bygone era and his creator, Reg Smythe.

The Capps live in Durham St., which is described by Flo as a "friendly little street".  Andy says this is a street where all the houses lean sideways to hold each other up.  They rent a two storey place with no central heating and an outside toilet.
